A position is available for an Occupational Therapist to support students in a school setting located in Des Plaines, IL. This role involves travel between multiple schools, providing specialized therapy services to enhance student participation and performance in daily school activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to address physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide consultative support and training to school staff regarding accommodations and adaptations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
